Grew up in Eugene went to wagon works for years, that shop closed but actively recommended city view. I liked my old mechanics but I love these guys. They do anything and everything to make sure you feel heard and that you understand everything as much as possible. Always fair pricing and if anything undercharge for the quality of their work, and again I can’t stress enough how personable they are! If I could do a movie style press tour for this shop I would.

These guys have been AMAZING!!! I’m new here and my car is older and not very common. They have been such a godsend to me. They charge hourly, but they always assess the issue quickly and (knock on wood) it’s been small issues. Even when they are SUPER busy, they squeeze me in in my panic and I leave smiling with a happy, safe car. Service: General repairs & maintenance

This shop has me as a lifetime customer. They are honest, have integrity, don’t pad the billing with fluff. I came in for a check engine light expecting to get a call and have a quote of at least a grand, that’s how it’s been going as of late. Nope! Matt was honest and said it was a cracked tube and to replace it with parts and labor would be 42 bucks. I almost hit the floor. He also said something that stayed with me, he said that they need to sleep at night too and how could they if they ripped people off. Great place!! Wish I could give more stars.
