Caliber Collision

My niece had previously worked at Caliber this last year. She visited Oklahoma and I wasn't pleased with what I heard. She was transferred from one store to the next without approval. She was taken advantage of by a previous manager, and when she came clean. She was terminated by being honest. She preached to the company numerous times cars were left unlocked, and that techs were pulling parts off other vehicles. Multiples cars were slept in by the homeless. This is the worst auto body shop I have ever dealt with. They have had my car for almost 4 months to fix a damaged front end and interior damage from an airbag deployment. Trying to get a commitment for an ECD from them is near impossible. Over and over, all I hear is "maybe next week". Of course, they just blame covid for delays in getting parts. Primarily the airbag. But they told me they had that about 3 weeks ago and I'm still not going to get my car until "maybe next week". This is unacceptable! . Update... Another week has gone by and still no change. Nobody is willing to tell me when my car will be finished. I am attaching photo of the cars front end. They have had my car for 4 MONTHS to fix this! This is ridiculous!
