This has been one of the best experiences I’ve had with mechanics in Eugene. Everyone I’ve dealt with has been truly professional and gone above and beyond. The owner literally drove with me for well over a half hour while the computer was plugged in to try our best to diagnose my issue. He then took the truck out back to have his mechanics look over the results and has done this all, free of charge. I had work done previously on my cv acxle, and since an issue popped up in the same area as that original issue, it they repaired wheel bearing for the cost of the part. I brought my truck here after the third time the dealership messed it up, and within 10 minutes they had pinpointed exactly what was wrong, and explained to me in detail why it was causing the symptoms.
