After taking my VW to a different local auto shop and getting my vehicle back in worse shape then it started, Autohaus was a joy to work with. They diagnosed the issues expertly and methodically. They remained in regular communication, keeping us up to date on the status of repairs. They also were ready to wait for the appropriate parts for VW vehicles instead of cutting corners to save time. If you couple their professional workmanship with their incredibly friendly demeanor then you really have no reason to take your vehicle anywhere else! Also I had heard that Autohaus’ prices may be more expensive since they were a specialty shop. I did not find this to be the case at all, I was very happy with the price I paid and the services that were rendered.

I've had a 2000 BMW 540i for the past 22 years and wouldn't consider ever taking it elsewhere for major repairs. With 100k now on the engine some major repairs were needed and Autohaus has been my choice in Eugene for years after considering alternative choices. Jessie and Isaiah are so punctual and attentive to my car needs I wouldn't trust expensive repairs to any other local competitor today. We're lucky to have them here in Lane County. My tire mechanics discovered a stripped lug nut when changing the tires on my 2011 328xi. I ordered a new one from Autohaus, and they were able to get the lug nut next morning, clean and re-thread the hub, and get me back on my way in less than 1/2 an hour. All this for less than what Firestone quoted just for ordering the nut and screwing it back in. I highly recommend Autohaus for your BMW.
