They took away my love for my car. Taking it to them was such a mistake. I wish I would have taken it anywhere else. They went over the dollar estimate (never contacted me) they went over the time estimate (never contacted me). My repairs were supposed to take 5 days. When I went to pick it up after 7 days there was a 1 inch gap in the top of my door that they “didn’t notice”, and my quarter panel trim is off by a bit. They tried to fix it on the spot. After 2 hours they decided they needed to keep it another day. Next day I call because they hadn’t contacted me, and they say Friday it’ll be ready. I go to pick it up Friday and my quarter panel trim is still off. Apparently the guy that does that won’t be back until Tuesday. I take my vehicle home and Saturday my door handle falls off. Update: had to take my car back again. The window now will not work properly. It just slowly falls when I push the down button. The lady at the front counter was extremely rude. We took our EV6 to Auto Craft after getting a run around with another company who gave us an estimate and said parts were being ordered. 6 months later after many calls to check progress we called back and they said they couldn't do it now so we got referred to Auto Craft by Kiefer KIA. They got us in for and estimate appointment and had that back to us the next day. In just a couple days they had everything work through with the insurance company and a few days later they ordered parts and had us scheduled. It took them a week to fix my car.
