Dealing with a mobile mechanic when you are thousands of miles away can be frustrating at best. This experience was not. While talking to Ken right away I could tell this man knows what he's talking about in the repair field. He went way above and beyond making sure the car was fixed properly with an attention to detail I haven't seen in years of dealing with mechanics. I would highly recommend this man to work on your car if you want it fixed properly. I came down from Portland to purchase a car and needed someone to come check it out to ensure there weren't any issues. Ken came to the dealership to perform an inspection for a VERY reasonable price. Overall the vehicle had a clean bill of health. There were a couple very minor things Ken noticed that ultimately weren't really a big deal, but complaining about them to the dealer helped me get the car's price down a bit! Very helpful! Also knowing I wasn't purchasing a lemon gave me peace of mind, which is hard to put a price on.

Ken is a genius when it comes to cars of all kinds. He has been by far the best mechanic I have ever seen. He is a colorful fellow that is honest and his prices are way below what he should charge. If he can get you in with his schedule, I'd suggest you thank your lucky stars. He is truly a savant.
