Great shop for European vehicles. So far they have worked on my 95 eurovan and my 2008 VW r32. Great communication and thoroughness. Would highly recommend for any euro car
We brought our Jetta in for an intermittent stalling and not starting problem. They were able to quickly find the problem and replace the sensor. Price was below estimate and we're very pleased with their courteous service. I highly recommend! Service: Auto engine diagnostic
We went to Alex’s Garage when our Q7 started making a loud knock. They replaced a very expensive part that did not stop the knock. We reported it to them immediately that it was not resolved, and when we had enough money to make another appointment we called and the lady said “I can probably get you a break on the next install”. We did not ask for this, and the next day the owner messaged us. They treated us as if we were trying to get something for free and all we wanted was our vehicle made a priority since the issue could be a risk to drive. Service: Engine repair
