I worked with Josh Jackson to purchase a vehicle yesterday. I wanted to say that it was a phenomenal experience. I explained what I needed to make the deal work, and he made it happen. I was shocked by the fact there was zero pressure to upsell me on other products I didn't want. Great group of people to work with. If you are buying a new or used car ask for Josh and he will take care of you.

Had to look up the service bulletins for all of my issues to make sure I was covered under warranty and not getting the shaft. They did Fix the Volvo but refused to fix the rat nest it picked up sitting on their lot waiting for service. "You can't prove its from here" and "That's nature". I even said I would pay for the part the rats destroyed if they would give me a deal on it and install it. I now drive to PDX or just do any service myself.

We just bought a car from Keifer of Corvallis. It was a wonderful experience and we will definitely be returning when we're ready for another car. David, Josh, and, Ken were all helpful, knowledgeable, and transparent to work with. They worked hard to make sure we were comfortable, educated, and well taken care of. A great place to buy a car, used or new!
