It is my first time to use their service. A worker replaced one tail bulb for me and gave me detailed suggestions about fixing tire leak. The bulb replacement is free and I was shocked! Great service!

Doesn't do work they say Yelled at my girlfriend Didn't offer any fixes Was rude Very unprofessional Cant find paper work from the work done THEY YELLED AT A CUSTOMER Edit went back with my receipts they are going to replace motor mount Mechanic was still rude to me told me to shut up multiple times beware Of Mechanics here they will treat you like garbage if you think they did you wrong No apologies for yelling at my girlfriend just excuses and lies Their reply is full of lies We have video of the interactions The mechanic compared women to black people when my girlfriend mentioned mentioned how auto repair shops rip women off because they dont know better which is not the first thing she said thats a lie The mechanic kept telling my girlfriend to shut up and using a zipper motion on his mouth My girlfriend has never been treated as these terrible people treated her before When they installed the mounts without replacing the missing mount they should have known that it would quickly

Great shop! Prompt scheduling, had my water pump done same day and came in at the bottom of their quote. I'll use them for anything my VW needs!
