Bought a set of Cooper tires about eight months ago from Quality Tire for my Ram 2500. Right rear tire went flat, so put the spare on and went to get it fixed. They told me the tire was ruined so they replaced it at no charge. They even put the spare away under the truck bed for me. Nice to see a business that goes the extra mile to take care of their customers.
I just had my tires replaced by Quality Tire. It was a semi-complicated job (older truck with non-stock wheels and an odd tire size) but they handled it well. Everyone I spoke to was professional and helpful, but Jeff especially took my vehicle problem and made it his mission to find a solution. He was transparent about the cost, and it was really refreshing that the price he told me on the phone was the price I was actually charged, without any surprise fees. All in all, I dread getting auto work done but the experience I had today at Quality Tire was as pain-free as possible!
