Made an appointment 3 weeks ago. Showed up to my appointment and was told they sold the business and couldn't work on my vehicle. Thanks for wasting my time and being completely unprofessional.

Hands down the best service ive ever had from a body shop! Especially in Bend. They fixed my smashed up subaru in a week, for a great price. Every where else I tried either said it couldn't be done or wanted an arm & both legs. Ill never go anywhere else.. Thanks again so much for your great work on fixing my subu....

My husbands car was with these guys for over 4 1/2 weeks and during that time they messed up 3 orders this delaying it. This was a two week job and it almost doubled. My husband was paying out of pocket and they kept adding more costs . Then, when we got the car back the radio was not working, they said the battery stopped working, and the air bag light kept on flashing which are all new problems that didn’t occur before bringing it in the shop. They refused to give a discount and are wanting us to pay for the screw up they made. I would not recommend them at all! Stay far far away from them.
