Precision Body & Paint of Bend

*Mackenzie who works the front desk gets 5 stars* The rest of my experience was...meh... They were the most expensive quote that I got (out of 4) and I had to pay out of pocket to cover their basic labor. The work, when it was finally finished, was good but communication was poor. I do not believe they are worth paying extra for. They lacked urgency when I told them I was moving to Portland and needed my car fixed in time to go (it was not finished in time and I had to make an extra trip to Bend to pick it up). They had my vehicle for 2 months, mostly because of backordered parts (not their fault) and then a broken window as they were cleaning up (an inconvenient accident). The biggest issue (I believe) is that they refuse to work with used parts. That was fine with me right up until I needed my car to move. I had to continually call to follow up and push them to come up with a plan to complete their work. My rental car coverage ran out and so I had to start paying out of my own pocket

They replaced my bumper and did a fantastic job, the car looks great. The front desk reps were very friendly and professional, they communicated with me throughout the job and were very upfront about any costs/fees related to my repair. My car was in and out in five days, they had originally quoted me one week so I was pleasantly surprised to get my car back a little early. Services: Painting, Body & Trim
