Dave Parnell‘s assistant through parts at the problem rather than carefully diagnosing what was going on with my van when it died on a road trip. When I recognized that, I came back to Bend to pick up my van and everything that had been touched, needed to be replaced or correctly reinstalled. I wish the notes on what he did were more detailed so I could be sure there’s nothing else I need to check before my next road trip. I wish his old partner had been available to take care of my van

On my way to Bandon and I needed a gasket replaced and a new mirror. The owner stepped up and replaced it for me, even though he was prepping to leave for a family camping trip. A great guy, knowledgeable VW Guru and intriguing conversationalist. Nice to know such kindness exists.
