While camping at twin lakes my serpentine belt broke. Turned out my AC compressor pulley bearing was shot. Scheduled to bring truck to On Track next day and Ramone already had spare parts in hand when I arrived. Truck was fixed next day. For excellent service with integrity and honesty you can’t go wrong with On Track Truck and Tire. Ramone will take great care of your needs. Ramon is 100% amazing. We were on a camping trip out at McKay Crossing and our alternator went out. He was kind and empathetic... Was there in an hour and it wasnt close by. Told me he'd have it fixed and ready to go and to enjoy the rest of our time. Guess what?! He did. While I'd hate for this to get out to everyone and have to share him, he deserves any and all business. What a freaking phenomenal human. I even got to meet his mom! ❤️ Ever in need of towing or repairs, Ramon is honest, trustworthy, reliable and hardworking. I cannot express enough gratitude for the pinch he got us out of.
