Don’t expect anything done right here. They have messed up my car for the last time.

Took my car in 3 times in 1 months. Got a completely different diagnosis each time. This place is a joke. Do not take your car here. Place used to be good but You can't trust a word they say

Never had a bad experience at Les Schwab until today. Came in for an alignment and a number of free inspections this vehicle has not had while being under our care. This was all scheduled via their online service. Aside from their free services I requested an alignment as the only paid service. When I arrived at my appointment time I told them I was there for an alignment. The clerk seemed disappointed that an alignment is all I asked for aside from the free items and I confirmed. No major problem so far aside from the general attitude. My girlfriend and I opted to leave the car and walk with our two dogs during the appointment, Sportsman's and PetSmart are within walking distance and dog friendly so we were occupied. Starbucks and the Cascade Village plaza is a nice place to stay warm as well but still 1/2 mile walk back to Schwab's. I missed a call half an hour later with a voicemail that the inspection was complete, and they pushed for rear pads and rotors for $626 and some change.
