Les Schwab Tire Center

Update 3/13: I purchased tires from Les Schwab in December. After driving over a screw today, I stopped in to see if they could take a look. They had me in and out in less than an hour and fixed it for free. I really appreciate how friendly and knowledgeable the employees are. Thank you! Original review: I stopped by here today because I had some questions about my tires and also needed snow chains. Mark is fantastic! He is friendly, patient, knowledgeable, and gave me a thorough explanation. Really impressed by the customer service. Thanks, Mark (and Les Schwab)!

I called in to ask about having them look at a wheel balance issue I'm experiencing on a set of tires purchased from them and am told they're booking out until the end of December and if I want to try first come, first serve, they open at 7am but I should be here by 4:45am to get in line... I explain that won't work as I can't wait in line that long in the morning and I need this fixed sooner. Their guarantee on their work is the main reason I do business with Les Schwab. Then, after being told they were going to get their manager, I get hung up on. I realize they can't control how busy they are. BUT, as a consumer, I did business with you because I was told I'd be taken care of if I have any issues. After this experience, I don't think I'll be taking my business to Les Schwab ever again, unfortunately.

My sister went to get her alignment done and they jacked up her car. Her ignition won’t turn unless she straightens the wheel and she did not have to do that before she took it to this location. She tried to go back but still was met with doubts, so she did not return. She went to another location and it was “fixed “ for a time period but began to do the same thing again. The second location downtown was kind and patient but unfortunately she is having the same issues.(Amazing staff there) Now she has to go to the dealer and have her car fixed and probably pay the same amount if not more. We are never going to this location again!
