Amazing customer service!!! I chose Les Schwab’s because of their values, they did disappoint! The technician that serviced my car went above and beyond my expectations, so glad I stuck with my gut on having my car towed by someone so reputable!!

Went in to get a quote on changing my brakes and replacing a tire. As soon as I get there, low and behold a new nail shows up in my tire so I have to replace 2 now. Had to leave my car over night because it was already 3:30, and was never called about a quote, only called to tell me my service is done the next day. I go in about 11, and I get handed a 900$ bill instead of talked through any charges that would've needed to be done. Manager Jason told me to speak directly to him next time as this was an employee mix up of not fully reading the 'Quote for tomorrow' written on the top of the page. Was told on Thursay that I would get a call back to talk me about this more, and I had to call back on Monday after nearing nothing. When I said 'Im just returning a call I never received from you,' I was met with "what did we need to talk about?". I wasn't offered any solution other than a free alignment next time I come in, however polite they were offering this, this was not the level I expect

The absolute best place to get your tires done in bend. They notified me why I couldn’t get an alignment but was able to give me a new tire to fix my issue temporarily. Was able to make it to my home town and fix my issue and I will be returning to another les Schwab along my journey through the states.
