Les Schwab Tire Center

We had such a great experience. Shout out to Yonni for being so customer service focused and making us feel very taken care of. He spent the time to look for a part for us and helped us get our Honda Element lifted. We love it. Les Schwab has amazing service and customer service. Hopefully nothing will go wrong with our car anytime soon...but if it does, we will definitely be returning to Les Schwab.

BOB is AMAZING HERE! However ! I did go to this location this morning and stand in line at 8am only to come to the front desk and have the guy I talked to completely ignore everything I said I would like looked at on my Honda. It was very obvious he didn’t care much about what I was trying to explain I needed done. After I left, my experience with the guy who helped me actually made me feel as if I need to call back after talking to him to confirm the notes he should have had on my car. Well shocker because when I did call back the man I spoke to said there were no notes recording and all that was on the record was a simple break check. I didn’t even bring up a break check lol. 3 starts for your employe with the attitude in the morning. I’d recommend the company advises there employees that take record of people cars, to actually pay attention and care for their customers wants/needs. For I received no such serve at first. Again tho shout out to bob for actually caring and looking out

Really unhappy that the day after getting a flat repaired here my car developed a shimmy and now I can't get it fixed. I have a long road trip in 10 days to see my 90-year-old father. What happened to accountability? I had been a loyal customer for 20 years. Update 7/11/23 SO glad I went elsewhere. I would sure hate to have missed a couple of payments and have you send your assistant manager to my home to use threats and intimidation to get a payment. I cannot imagine what kind of "collateral " this aggressive man was thinking he would be handed during this horrific visit.
