The service center is an absolute rip off, don’t go there! They charged me $190 to reset my check engine light and they did absolutely no maintenance on my vehicle. When I made the service appoint they said nothing about how much looking at my vehicle may cost. When I dropped the vehicle off, they said at most it would cost $190 to service the vehicle, if it was nothing major and they assured me it would be less than that. When I picked the vehicle up they said that they couldn’t find anything wrong but that my after market gas cap could have caused the check engine light to come on, which I purchased the day before to replace the old gas cap, so it’s working fine and they know that. However, they could have given me a new gas cap if that was a concern, $190 for a gas cap would have been a good deal for Toyota right? But no, they just removed the check engine light and charge me $190 for fifteen minutes of their mechanic’s time. Oh, they also broke the plastic on my center console, I s

While the Service Department’s layout is very congested to try to get your vehicle in, the service was pretty darn good. We were fortunate enough to have Tressa Green as our service advisor who is among the most pleasant people on earth to deal with and listen to our needs. We have a long and complicated story that required us to get a new vehicle while on an extended 4 month road trip that has left us grasping at straws on how to pull it off without significant stress. Initially the service department had estimated we would need to leave the vehicle for the majority of the day, Tressa listened to our story and got us out of there in just under 2 hours. Hats off to Tressa and Ron their shuttle driver for making a nightmare go away.
