So, no wait and drive up oil change joints are known for speed and that's it. Get in, get out, see you next time. From the first phone call I made to here to the next day coming in for a basic oil change, I've been shockingly surprised at the level of customer service here. Matthew, who answered my call, was friendly, informative, and actually sounded like they would appreciate my business. It was so inviting! Then I showed up. All the guys here were smiling, polite, and efficient. 3 people at one point were working together to knock out my car. Did you know that they vacuum your floorboards with the oil change. I mean, how awesome is that!!?? Everyone's attitude was impeccable and it was by far one of my favorite experiences here in Bend. I mean, customer service is great, but to call it a favorite experience? A oil change? Well, yes, indeed it is. Let the guys here take care of your vehicle and feel good while doing it. Best oil change ever, far and away! I've driven across the country over a dozen times, had oil changes everywhere, and this stands out as easily the best. They scrubbed my windows down , which were caked in mud, after thoroughly going over everything on their checklist and beyond. They were short-staffed, and demonstrated beyond excellent performance service!

I went to Bend Jiffy Lube to check what my car needed. They were thorough, professional, and courteous. They topped off everything and let me know what I didn't need as well as when I would need services. I was impressed with their honesty and helpfulness and that the business is veteran owned and operated.
