Rude employees. Talking unprofessionally and audibly about a customer. In front of other customers. Too much to write here but choose a different business that values their customers and maintains at least some semblance of professionalism.

They got me in and out in less than half of an hour. Great service and friendly staff. I needed 2 tires changed from 1 set of steel rims onto new aluminum Weld Wheels I called another tire shop that is closer to my house but they told me I would need an appointment and the next opening was 7 days out!? For a simple 20 minute job. I called Gills at 11:30 Saturday morning and I was told that they close at 2 so if I got there before then they would get me taken care of no problem at all. Thanks to Gills the whole family got to go cruse in our 66 Chevelle SS.

Good group of guys. Fun, good jokes, nice to have a little fun when doing business. I Saw the service manager handle an unhappy customer right before me as well. It can be tough, but the manager was courteous yet firm about what could be done. He gave him options, and backed it up with reason, but the customer wanted them to "take 5 minutes and look at it. That's what a guy on the phone said you could do." "I'm sorry if someone said that was possible over the phone, but it wasn't me and it wasn't my counter guy. I am the manager, and I know my guys. If we look at it, which I know will take more than 5 minutes and it needs to be fixed, then you are going to have to leave the vehicle. Currently, I don't have any techs available or an open bay, and it will be a bit before we do. If you can leave the vehicle, we can look at it and help you figure it out."
