I shipped my 2002 Eurovan to them for transmission repair after not finding anyone in Kansas, Nebraska, or central Illinois who could do it. There were some hiccups along the way including a part that they replaced already malfunctioning on arrival from the auto transport. But they worked with me and a local shop to get it replaced. This is a white glove operation! Both employees and the facility are spotless. Very impressive. I didn't ask for a lot from German Transaxle because I was on a budget. I needed my type 1 trans rebuilt to handle a larger engine. My only request was a top speed of 85mph. Ken built me a freaking awesome transmission. $1,500 got me a super diff with welded 3rd and 4th gears. I Now that my new 2054cc engine is broken in, I can scream down the highway at 89mph no problem. Thank you German Transaxle. You are highly recommended in my book. Service: Transmission
