I have had several strange problems with my car before important trips and they have fit me in and fixed the problem even when I did not have an appointment and needed them very urgently. The staff and technicians are top notch, extremely friendly, and always looking out for you the customer with the same care they would a family member. I won’t take my vehicles anywhere else, and you shouldn’t either if you have one of the makes they service. They are in a league of their own with their service. Personalized & excellent service, transparency & a commitment to doing it at a top level. Kim, Tim & Crew really care. They have worked on our cars numerous times and have always been upfront communicators on what's needed, options and costs. How is it they make you and your vehicles feel so special? I'm not sure their secret sauce and I bet it has something to do with how much they care. One time, our car broke down right by their shop, after they were closed. We limped over and they were there, trying to do a quick fix and when the car turned out to need more they even gave us a ride home. We have sent many people their way and all were beyond satisfied.
