Severin paused his day to drive to where I had broken down & provided a diagnostic on the spot before I resort to tow services. He stayed late after the shop had closed to help, & the team assessed my car the next day. *during the holidays* Other shops in town have said they are booked months out, they don't work on diesels, or that my car is too old to service.
