This auto repair shop fit me in at the last minute and fixed my very badly leaking water pump the same day. Also, it did not cost as much as I expected. Thank you for making it possible for me to get to work the next day. I also appreciated the cleanliness of the shop and the office.

My car has a known issue that I wanted to get repaired. These guys wanted to do their own diagnosis, which was no problem to me. I get that. The problem is the part I need is super expensive and not commonly available. I asked if they could do a search to tell me exactly how much the part would cost and how soon it could be in. The guy refused to do that and said they’d have to make the diagnosis first. I was not trying to get the part ordered before the diagnosis. I just wanted a quote on it. Amateur hour.

Had an appointment set for early am. Told me it would take a couple hours max to repair. Ended up waiting 5 hours as I watched multiple cars get put in front that were scheduled after. Totally understand that other projects can take time and was patient for my turn. Ended up not being able to fix it and was charged $100 for a test that took 10 seconds. Most likely will not be returning! Service: A/C installation & repair
