I recently took my imported 300zx to Cascade Car Craft, I knew I needed major repairs for it and didn't know who to trust. Soon after, a friend pointed me here, and I was amazed by the work done to my car. The engine needed major maintenance and all that was taken care of. Michael, the owner, went over everything with me and explained what needed to be done. He gave detailed reasons for why it's important to replace different parts. I really appreciate the honesty and the time set aside to answer all my questions. No other shop, do I trust more with my Z than here at Cascade Car Craft.
Got a used Kia hybrid, and on the way home I had troubles- calling around the next morning (had some trouble finding someone who’d work on the electric motor) Michael happily fit me in that same morning and took a full thorough look for me to figure out what happened. He gave me all the information I could have hoped for and more! It was a fantastic experience with amazing insights and knowledge, would definitely recommend!
My boyfriend and I have had Mike work on all our cars for the last few years. Mike at CCC is friendly, smart, and explains things in terms I can understand.
