Returned car in worse condition than brought in then offered not even an "Im sorry" after they threw away parts without our approval... clearly will have to fight them in court and through insurance claims just to get them to do do ANYTHING to make up for their mistakes. Went in for an estimate then they started ordering parts and taking the car apart prior to getting our approval. Apparently threw away a bunch of parts before they realized their mistake and had the nerve to give us the car back looking like this. I never write bad reviews but a simple apology would have gone a long way. We have people wanting to buy our car with the bumper who say they can fix it themselves but of course due to Calliber's reckless behavior thats no longer an option for us. UPDATE - if you notice they respond to negative reviews asking you to follow up with them. I did. No response at all from email. Just for show apparently to give the public the impression they care.
