Tom charged me $300 an hour for simple auto shop work I should of just done myself. Change 6 plugs & 6 plug wires = $817 !! Gwad I feel like a sucker!
Tom got my car in quickly as I had an issue during a vacation while I was in town. Had it buttoned up a day later when the other shops were telling me it would be weeks.
I worked with Tom for my appointment. I brought it in to have it looked over and reported some issues to him. I was told that nothing looked wrong for one issue, they fixed another, and “could not replicate two other issues”. This isn’t too big of a deal except one of the issues happens all the time while I drive and I really want it fixed. Tom was eager to save me money, which I appreciated. I asked him for a quote for some other repairs and was told that he would call me tomorrow—he never did. I will be trying another shop to look into my ongoing issues.
