I am truly amazed with these guys. They took care of my truck when I needed it even though it was a last minute request. Their service and communication were excellent and they even went above and beyond to help me settle my insurance claim. Highly recommended!

Like another reviewer mentioned, I would strongly suggest getting a quote before dropping your car off. They tried to charge me a $250 diagnostic fee to tell me my brakes were bad and I needed a new cabin air filter. As a fairly new car owner, I had no idea what to expect, but several more experienced men in my life were pretty shocked at that number. I was told that $250 was for an hour on the brakes and an hour on the AC, which, per their website, they diagnose for free. The extra hour would have been more reasonable if they had looked into the suspension like I'd asked. They did waive the AC hour after I pressed and mentioned the reaction of the two car guys I consulted. So, idk, ladies, bring back up. I wound up taking the repairs elsewhere to save another $475.

I couldn't even get through a three basic questions over the phone that should have taken us about 3 minutes total just like the other phones calls. Answers seemed reluctantly offered to me, or didn't get answers at all. I'm a single family on a budget. I am shopping around trying to find the best deal, and the most convenient, and I explained this after I was questioned. Unfortunately I was told I was "asking too many questions" after 3 questions, yep 3. I was told that I "sounded like a survey business" after I asked "may I get a quote before service is started, and an idea of how long until I would have back my vehicle." Two stars at least, because 1. I do not personally know this business, and 2. I am fair and understand that it may have just been a terribly off day for this gentleman.
