Panels are misaligned. I expected them to be flush. See photos Update: In the images you can see how after seven weeks of waiting, one of the review mirrors is still unsealed (the side effected by the damage) and the other is not sealed. Definitely shop around. after waiting for Ive 7 weeks I’m noticing that my review mirror on the effected side of the vehicle was not repaired. I would take it back to them but have neither the time or resources to wait in line for another month. If they can’t repair something as “front and center” as a review mirror that was damaged, where else might they have dropped the ball. So 10 grand spent, 7 weeks waiting, no oil in my car (66,000 all oil changes logged at the 4-6k mile mark, performed by yours truly). And a damaged rearview mirror. Gonna call USAA and have a different auto body shop have a look. Insurance paid 10,000 between Elite Fleet Automotive and Auto Body Concepts. I pick up my van after waiting for over 7 weeks.
