This team is amazing. Informative, precise, fair, Integrous and honest are just the first few words I could use to describe 9th St. Auto. I’ll be having our company vehicles serviced here for the long haul.

I'd rather go to the dentist than take my vehicle to an auto shop. Took my 2006 F-150 to these guys for 10 years. Trusted their recommendations and my pickup is still cooking at 150k miles. Moved away from the area and I'm hoping I can find a shop anywhere close to 9th Street Auto. Unqualified recommendation.

Update: I meet with Jesse and we came to an amicable agreement for a refund. Thank You Jessie and Steve Foster. My transmission service did not go well, I had to take my vehicle to Toyota to correct 9th Street's work, as twice incorrectly tighten the drain plug for the transmission. Drove home from initial service and was waiting for the garage door to open, 3 quarts of oil ended up on my asphalt driveway in front of the garage and some on the garage floor. 9th St. had a tow truck pick up my car and refill the transmission with oil. This was a nuisance as one would expect. I now have an ugly 20" x 30" oil stain in front of my newly remodeled house. 9th St refused to make any adjustment to my bill in consideration of time loss, time and expense for me to clean up (it was raining at the time) the oil and now I have a permanent UGLY reminder of this experience. The timing of the oil leak was unfortunate but never should have happened. First appointment 9 St. did not tighten the dr
