I was in Bend on vacation from Seattle and noticed my Subaru WRX clutch/transmission making noise. Ian was able to get my car in the same morning I called and was able to replace my clutch the next day. Excellent service and the price was very fair especially for an expedited job. Ian did a great job explaining what needed to be done and was upfront on the cost of the job. Would definitely recommend this shop if you're in or near Bend and especially if you own a Subaru. My truck won't start but I could pop the clutch and get it to 541 imports. I thought for sure it was the alternator or something worse. Ian looked at it, cleaned the battery terminals and good to go. Honest, hard working and very professional. I will always recommend them to anyone I know!
Pats automotive has been the best mechanic I've ever found, they are honest and will tell you what really needs to be done now and what needs to be done in the future. I highly recommend them, my family has brought in saabs, Volvo, and Subaru and he has done a phenomenal job on all of them
