RCs Collision Center and Complete Mechanical Services

My wife broke the right side rocker panel of our Nissan leaf 2019 and it was a leased car that would have to be returned in 2 weeks. Everywhere else came up with a long waiting time and very high price while Rene did me a favor and fixed it in a few days. The result was beautiful and the price was quite reasonable. He even gave me another $200 off due to a 1 day delay from what he promised, which was actually not a problem at all to me. The conversation with him was always encouraging and pleasant. Apparently the owner doesn't like the truth being out there because this is the second time my review has been removed from public view. I'll keep posting as many times as it takes to keep this up so people know what they're getting into. My experience with Rene and his shop started in late October 2020 and I am still trying to get resolution as of mid-2023. RC's was subcontracted by Ford to do warranty paint work on my brand new 2020 Ford Mustang GT and the end result after 3 months of being in Rene's shop was a car that needed to be nearly completely repainted. Work was so bad Ford actually ended up replacing the vehicle. Shop was dirty, parts from my car were placed on top of other customer vehicles, he made me find a glass vendor to work on my car after his usual guy damaged interior panels on my car as well as scraped paint off the body of the car. Rene knew of damages to the car and said that had I not seen it they would have put the car back together and I never would have known

Unethical and careless. Owner is unpredictable and gets angry very fast when you ask about issues after car gets fixed here. He will blame everyone for his fault including you! My car value reduced by at least 3k when I am trying to sell now. The showroom where I want to sell tells me that car isn't fixed properly. I am paying extra money out of my pocket to fix this. No proof of what spare parts are used or what is fixed in the car. Owner don't understand these crucial things. By reading this you have already saved thousands of dollars if your vehicle is new.
