Had a bashed bumper replaced by M & C. My repair was not covered by insurance, so I had the ability to approve or deny whatever repairs were suggested. I was allowed to continue driving my car while the parts were on order. The repair went very quickly after I brought in the car, and M & C did a great job making the new bumper look fantastic. Worked with Oscar on coordinating and reviewing the repair, and he did a great job. Giving only 4 stars because a suggested repair was "straightening the frame", which I denied after finding out it would cost > $500. Turns out this procedure was not needed, and the new bumper looks nearly perfect. Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Walked in to get a tailight fixed. They had me pay ahead of time....then the part doesn't arrive....and doesn't arrive.....and doesn't arrive. I call and call...day after day. No return call. When I finally ask for my money back, no refunds. Hatred does not begin to explain my feelings. I could tell the moment I walked in they didn't care.
