This place should be out of business! Totally dishonest. I called and talked to the business owner Ross about what was going on with my car and he assured me he could help. I brought my vehicle in and within 2 minutes of having it up on the lift Ross was trying to tell me I had several other issues other than what I brought it in for. This seemed very fishy to me so I declined having them do the work. I was finally able to get an appointment with my regular mechanic and upon inspection they confirmed my suspicions that Ross was indeed full of it! The owner is a liar! AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS! Tried to get me for another $400 plus dollars! The owner should be ashamed of himself! Please note that I was very specific when asking my trusted mechanic about what Ross said was wrong with my car and multiple mechanics could not find a thing wrong with what he was stating. Save yourself the hassle and find somewhere else.

They repaired my car on short notice and in a timely manner. Beaverton Toyota wanted over $2300 for a repair Japanese Auto Service completed for a little over $1000.

My old Subaru blew two coolant hoses, these guys got my car up and running the same day. Gave me a break on price because I was in a bad financial place. I plan on taking my car back whenever it has issues, not because of the price break, it's that they care. Now that I'm more financially stable, these guys are now my mechanics for life.
