My partner and I came in not knowing anything about purchasing a car but Nick was absolutely amazing! He was very clear and made sure we understood what we were getting into. Nick made this experience easy and smooth, couldn’t recommend him and this dealership enough!
Took my moms car to get detailed for her birthday. They promised it was a one day thing. They called my mom at 2:30 on Saturday and said it was still wet, pick it up Monday. This was 0 for 3 in getting things done when they said they would. Now I have to take time off work to drive to pick up the car! No respect for customers or our time.
I called for my oil change for my Pilot 2022, and I asked them if they could check the wireless charger and the seat, they would charge me $188 for the diagnostic but my car is still under warranty. They even recommended me to go back to where I originally bought the car, a Honda Dealer , they don’t charge anything to see the car and it’s problems. Do not recommend this place.
