I dropped off my 2012 Ram for it' annual transmission service the day before the appointment. At 8:30 that night I received a notice that my battery was dead. I don't know why I haven't had any issues with the battery since I replaced it a year ago. The next day when I picked up my truck the battery was dead, they did jump it, then I noticed the the check engine light was on, they came out and reset it saying it was a electrical code. When I looked at the invoice I noticed that there was a comment that it was hard to remove the key from the ignition, they said it was because of my heavy key chain, BUT it was do to the RAM safety feature when you have a dead battery you can't or shouldn't remove the key cause it will damage the switch. ( I just they didn't know that) The next morning my truck had a dead battery so I charged it and jumped it to get to battery exchange where I had the battery a year ago. They said it was all good and sent me on my way. Next morning battery was dead. S

Even though I live in Salem, I always make the trip down to Albany for anything related to my car. The reason being, these guys are just amazing! They're honest, reliable, and always deliver top-notch work. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for auto services.

Very good service. They took pictures and sent them to explain their quotes and they weren’t high pressure to do unnecessary fixes.
