Took car in for a starter replacement. They had me park the car inside the fenced in area. Received a phone call the following morning telling me the car was broken into. Got to the shop and they showed me video of it being broken into. A guy throws a rock through the drivers side window. When the repair was done, the owner said he replaced the window, because he felt responsible for what happened. The window was not tinted to match the rest. The front windshield was broken because of the rock. I had to replace the windshield myself because the spider cracks were directly in front of the drivers view. He had no concerns for that or the $1000s of tools that I had concealed in the back. When asked about how we were going to handle this situation, the owner said nothing and proceeded to point at the 10 signs hanging that says “NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR DAMAGED OR STOKEN ITEMS”. And still proceeded to charge $550 for the starter replacement. Not making any claims…but it appears as if there could

Took my truck to them for a reoccurring issues that seems to have been fixed after three try’s bringing the truck in. Went to put a tool bag in my backseat and found an open beer bottle in the door cup holder. Not knowing it was their could’ve ended badly if I was pulled over and I don’t think anyone appreciates “professionals” drinking in their property and possibly DUI. Work seems good although it took three attempts but wouldn’t recommend the if you want Professionals and you can’t get them to answer the phone so you have to go through a third party.
