VAP Auto Shop

I was referred to VAP for issues I was having with my KIA with a long road trip coming up quickly. Though Travis could not get me in for another week and a half, he took the time and found another business that could likely get me in quick and get the problem resolved. I was indeed able to get the AC blowing cold again with the business that Travis referred me to. Travis had a clear purpose of making sure I was taken care of rather than what he could do to benefit him or the shop. I can assure you because he went above and beyond to make sure I got taken care of without any financial gain I will be using Travis and VAP should I have any issues in the future. This is the type of business you don't see much of anymore. Thank you Travis for looking out!!!

VAP conducted a Service B on our S560 Mercedes and they accommodated us by shuttling us to and from their location. The service was done in a timely, thorough and complete manner for a reasonable price. They also discovered a malfunctioning sensor that was also repaired properly. Services: Tires, Steering & suspension repair, Wheel alignment

I brought a Fiat 500x into their shop last week. It needed a small fix to stop a rough start. These guys quoted me $1300. They doubled charged for a part, double charged for labor, and even charged me $180 for the diagnosis. I took the car to another mechanic who bought the part, installed it, and charged $200 total. These mechanics are, at best, taking advantage of their customers. At worst this business is predatory. Don't bother wasting your money here. Take your vehicle to a midtown mechanic.
