Ralph and the team at RC Auto took amazing care of my situation on my 2014 F-150. After getting the dreaded engine misfire on my 5.0L, and trying several different tests to try to figure out the issue, I resigned to having to get a shop involved. I originally scheduled my truck with a local Ford dealer to get the process started on diagnosing and repairing the issues at hand. Everyone was booked out pretty far and most of the news from the service folks at the different dealers did not sound good even before testing and diagnostic. I decided I'd try to find a small local shop that might be able to get me in, and be knowledgeable enough to know what solutions would be my best. Even though they say Ford specialist they worked on my 2000 Jeep Cherokee. This company defines customer service. They were fast, thorough, resourceful, responsive and patient. Great price for work needed done. Ralph and the rest of the team were Great! Will definitely be my go to shop.
