I own a ranger rover 2106 super charge I have extended warranty with 100 deductible so I should pay only 100 but with Ed’s they bill me for even using the rags to clean they work good but big ripoff I mean big I even explain her I got my service done from Range Rover all I pay 100 I should not pay more but they wouldn’t release my vehicle unless I pay the the mony so be careful with these people Service: Steering & suspension repair
I went to one of the "other guys" for an oil change. They ended up missing some parts putting back together and on the way home on the highway the underside of the car lost a screw and dragged part of my car for MILES!! Ed's was the closest place I found that was still open (til 8) so we pulled in and within 15min we were back in business at no charge. The fellas were so nice ???? I will definitely be back here instead of those chain places. Thanks Ed and friends ????
