Needed a battery.And got what I asked for.Not what they thought I needed.Im a seasoned Mechanic.I don't need that plus selling.I know my application so all that extra I don't have Time for????????.
Went in on a Saturday morning to get a new tire put on my spare. They said it would be an hour wait. I shopped around thinking I had time and to my surprise it was ready within 20 minutes.
Extremely SLOW. They only have 2 people working in the shop. Instead of hiring more people they just take 3 hours to change 1 tire. They don't get in any hurry to get the work done either. If they would pay them by the job and not by the hour I'm sure things would get done in a more timely manner.
