I've come to Truc for multiple years, with multiple cars, with multiple problems. He always helps me with whatever I need, quickly, and most times for a better price than anywhere else. Even if he did cost more than the competition (which he doesn't) I'd still go to him instead because he makes the whole process much less of a headache. Good guy, doing good work. It took some time for me to exsplain to them what was to be done. I also let them know that the claims mgr and I had discussed repairs too. At one time we weren't all on the same page but I got to talk to the owner and he worked very hard with me to understand where me and the adjuster and claims rep were coming from .I would use them again . If your not understanding something just get a hold of the owner . I think the office guy I dealt with was new . The owner is not new ....
