Take Ten Tire & Service

I am very disappointed that I go in about 7:03 in the morning. Spoke with the gentleman at the front (believe his name started with a K) Explained to him that he told me I could come in first thing in the morning to pay 25 bucks and have a test ran to see if I need an alignment or not. He says it’s going to take a couple of hours because there’s two cars ahead of me. Ok! That’s fine. Here’s my problem. He comes back over an hour later and says that my car is finished. I’m thinking great! Do I need an alignment or not? He states the guy completed an alignment. WHAT????? I thought that’s why I was coming in to pay and check to see if an alignment is what I even needed. He said the guy said he could tell tire rods has been changed and it was 1/2 & 3/4 inch that (Take Ten) had fixed. Why did I pay 109.95 to be exact and my car is still pulling to the right? On top of everything. I thought you check to see what work needs to be done and confirm price with customer before doing it. I know th

I had a screw lodged in my tire and came here on my lunch break to have it patched. Not only were they friendly, helpful and efficient, but it took literally 10 mins and was FREE of charge! I'll be coming here from now on!!
