A check engine light popped up on my 2008 Subaru Forester. The first auto repair shop I called could not get my car in for a month. Pro Express was booked, but squeezed my car in. The mechanic diagnosed the issue (gas cap not fully sealed) in about 10 minutes and cleared the error code. The owner was very friendly and did not charge for the diagnostic. I’m not a car person - all I know is that something worked yesterday and today it isn’t…and I want to find THE BEST to fix whatever the problem is. After some google searching and reading reviews - I brought our Cadillac here to have the AC fixed. Within 2 minutes of being there - the issue was figured out and I was asked to come back the following morning for service (literally the lot was packed in the 5 minutes I was there!). Went back this morning - car was fixed by lunchtime today. Not just that - but these guys are salt of the earth, if we say we gotchu - then we gotchu, go above and beyond kinda guys. The shop is literally 2 blocks over and around the corner from my house - so I walked home while the car was being worked on - but not before I was asked 3-4 times If I was sure I didn’t need a ride home. My A/C went out a few weeks ago and I heard of these guys from a teacher that I work with who also works on her car herself, and told me she only trusts Billy and Herman to work on her car. So I go to them and not only were they able to squeeze me in but also quickly reschedule me when I had to change the day I brought my car. Picked it up same day & price was great. My A/C is finally back to blowing cold, cold air in this heat!! Billy & Herman were both so genuine, welcoming, and kind and helped relieve some of the anxiety that comes with car problems. Will be back next tragedy!!
