Would highly recommend Penn Automotive. Took my ‘18 X3 in for brakes. I thought it needed brakes and rotors. After driving and inspecting they weren’t really sure it even needed pads but changed them at my request. They didn’t try to upsale me or anything. I will go back for all my needs. They communicate and keep you in the loop and their prices are great.
Been looking for a place to work on my German cars and I have found the right place. These people are exceptional in every way. From the ladies up front taking calls to the mechanics and their work. The BEST shop for BMW hands down. They will always take care of you here! Phen and his daughters are always friendly, caring and extremely honest. Any time I have an issue with my bmw (new driver first car) I call and speak with one of his daughters who help get me scheduled. Once I’m actually at the shop Phen takes his time explaining what’s going on with my car and what he plans to do to fix it. I just had a flat and a bent rim a few weeks ago! He helped me with it. This man is PHENomenal!!!
