Firestone Complete Auto Care

The staff were awesome! I had no problem with them, rather with the quality of the work. I dropped my car off Friday night for break problems, they were able to look at it first thing Saturday morning. Their turn around time isn’t horrible, but their work could be better. They sold me new rear breaks, which I needed. The problem is that they did not clean the breaks before installing them. So after I would get done driving, I would exit my car and you could smell something burning. I dropped my car off with the Firestone in Norman and they solved this issue within a couple hours. This location could have done a better job.

They are horrible when I walked in the guy is a rude person. I wanted my tire looked at because it keeps going down and they all are brand new. They want me to wait a week for them to check my tire. That is not ok Service: Tires

I took my vehicle in for a flat tire repair on the Sunday before Labor day. They were the only place in town open. Their schedule was completely booked, but they took my vehicle in anyway, explaining that it would probably be ready at the end of the day. They fixed the flat tire for no charge. I was very happy with the women that was running the front desk and she tried to accommodate everybody.
