I had an amazing experience with Dent Source . I sent my car there a week and a half ago to get the hail damage repaired and I got my car back today and it looks brand new. They even cleaned my car for me. They didn’t put any miles on the vehicle. They provided me with a rental car which was amazing not having to go through my insurance to get a rental. The personnel contacted me about every 3 days to keep me updated on my vehicle. I had to call them a few times for other things and they always answered. I recommend Dent Source if anyone needs to get their hail damage out of their vehicle, great place and great people.

Edited because I need people to know that this owner calls people idiots, fools, poor humans…I mean that’s very immature and unprofessional. Look at his responses to all negative reviews…no way to run a business. He has no idea what has even gone on with my vehicle or my account…Because the communication originally was so horrible that no one put notes in the system, and were told many times a different person was taking care of our file. Every response you put has things in it that never had anything to do with my experience. You originally had my car over three weeks not a week and a half (the week and a half was after the last time we called back and never got a call back until we called again) and I never demanded a loaner. I said it would’ve been nice…would have been nice isnt a demand…. since y’all had my car for so long. It is an honor to have worked with Miguel and his team of professionals. They did an excellent job with my car after the hail storm left it destroyed. They even helped me with waiting for the payment I owed them. I thank them very much for their understanding and the delay without any extra charges. I highly recommend the place 5 stars god bless them????
