We went through a tire emergency and Mr. C came through for us! On the return to DFW, Tx after picking up my brother from school we blew a tire. By the time we got the spare on and moving most tire shops were closed. Firestone turned us away and didn’t give us a recommendation for anyone who could help. They told us they could only hold the vehicle overnight. After googling we found C&J and he tried to get his guy out to us. Although he was unable to he went through every contact in his phone until he found someone willing to help us. He then stayed on the phone with us to guide us to the tire shop. He spent an hour of his personal time, for free, helping us in a time of need so we could get home. We offered to send him money and he refused. Solved the REAL problem the first time I ever contacted them! I've been going to them ever since. This is not the guy who plugs it into the computer and lets the bot tell him what to do. Other shops ran my bill up several grand and still hadn't fixed the problem. But the owner solved my Gremlins using actual knowledge, training, experience, and skill. This man, and the rest of the shop, know the craft. If he isn't the right shop for the job, he will tell you straight up who is. They are very busy, and it might be a while before they can get you in. But if you want it done right, this place is the best and WORTH the wait. I won't go anywhere else anymore. And if I do, it is because he sent me there. This place isn't fancy, there isn't really anywhere to wait, and don't wear white (it is a working garage, not a waiting room). But these folks get the job done right.

I brought a brand new battery for my truck as well on the day a dropped it off. It was drained the day i picked my truck up and was told by Ron it would be taken care of if it wouldn't charge. That's when I called the first time and asked for an owner, was told they didn't know when you would be back so I asked for Ron and got to hear them talk down on him.
