I purchased a used 2022 vehicle on-line with the Bob Moore Auto Group on August 30th. At the time I spoke with the sales person, I was told the car was mint and would be so happy with the vehicle. However, once I wired them the funds - I found out the vehicle was in the shop for repairs and it was unclear when it would be fixed. Part of the initial conversation was that I needed the car that week - so this was very frustrating, and it all went down from there. The sales person indicated she was working with the manager, but after several dodged calls I placed to her - I contacted the manager directly, only to find he had NO idea of the issue?! Fine, it was under warranty - I bit the bullet and had the vehicle shipped to deal with that unexpected and unwanted hassle with my local dealership. However, 2 months later I am still dealing with not being able to register the vehicle and get plates due to errors made on the dealership side. This is causing interest on the sales tax from my hom

Wanted to give a huge shoutout and thank you to the caring staff at this location. My dog ran away on 05/28. Was located on 05/31. When the staff found Rommel, they did not let him leave there sight and they contacted me immediately. This act of kindness will never be forgotten.
