Threatened me and cussed me out because I could not get my work done that day.
In the past, I've taken my car to a well known chain and have paid $9.99 for a total vehicle inspection, only to have been informed of one maybe two issues found. Not only did I NOT have my vehicle FULLY inspected but they would keep my car all day long. Becker's got me right in and diagnosed my car's issues in under an hour. My car needed lots of work and I was happy to pay for it when properly diagnosed. My car is running much smoothly and I'm incredibly happy with the work completed. There are a few more issues that still need to be addressed and will happily use Becker's again to see to my future car repairs. Thank you again! Service: General repairs & maintenance
